By the end of Obama's Presidency our nation will have had 16+ years of an elected leader that was either irrationally hated and despised or blindly followed and loved.

The Media follows the same narrative-I.E. Fox News blames all problems on Obama while MSNBC covers his mistakes and goes easy on him-while both completely ignore the Puppet Masters that own them. During the Bush years the opposite held true even though the policies/bailouts/wars of the two Presidents are frighteningly similar. What happens is that the Media no longer does it's job of bringing the truth to the public but is instead trapped in a non-sensical and argumentative cyclone.

We know that 6 Multi-National Corporations control 90% of all American media but is the Corporate Media that influential in the general consensus and mindset of the American public? Considering the advent of free information and the Internet, that is very debatable. But we also know that the CIA has been heavily invested in controlling information, disinformation, and propaganda over the decades. Why would they spend so much time and money if their methods didn't work?

These 6 Corporations Control 90% Of The Media In America - Business Insider

I was also thinking that maybe people are just too apathetic and don't care. Those that do vote are never able to see the possibility of a viable third party candidate or someone not sponsored by Multi-National Corporations, Global Bankers and The War Machine because the two political parties are so entrenched in our society and mind set.

Any thoughts?

People are DUMB and it's by design. The media KEEPS them dumb by direction of elected officials. Public schools and universities are also dumbing them WAY down. Not many actually have a CLUE what is REALLY going on.

I don't know that I'd call it brainwashed in most cases.

I'd say closer to something along the lines of, far too many people follow blindly and without care, mistakenly thinking the system has their wellbeing and best interests in mind. And for those who do actually make choices for themselves, far too few bother to analyze those choices. And reanalyze them. And continue to reanalyze them in the context of current events and trends.

Default Are Most Americans Brainwashed?

Nope.

Just a very loudmouthed faction of the lunatic fringe.

Don't mistake volume for numbers.

They call this "10 million"...

Math never was their strong point.

One only needs to post something benign and generic, something that is bipartisan and factually correct, to see just how many people will argue for the sake of arguing. People are dim, and most of the time it's those who are members of the brilliant, enlightened, well educated, tolerant herd.

People, regardless of numbers, demanding a constitution based government are brainwashed?

By what, the Constitution?

Americans are dumb. Only about 60 percent of eligible voters bother to vote in presidential elections and I'd bet less than a quarter of those voters could even name the current vp, much less their Congress representatives.

Sounds about right.

But half of voters think government should barely exist, if at all.

I didn't hear about the rally until about 2 hours ago.

Care to answer the question? Or are you too brainwashed?
