Yugoslavia was a communist country created after the second war, it was multicultural, multiethnic and multilingual country. It had nothing to do with Serbian Empire which was actually a short lived medieval country, it lasted from 1336 to 1371 only, about 600 years prior to establishment of Yugoslavia in 1945
