Americans have lost their identity and the country no longer is sovereign. We are no longer self sufficient and are limited. We are becoming more global. This president is a global president. Obama is bringing us down to the standards of the rest of the world. The middle class will become poor as more burdens are put on them through his spread the wealth around ideology.
The democrats in reality are socialists today. Their platform and power are wrapped up in social programs and government power over the people. This is not what America suppose to be. It grew strong as a capitalist system. Today we are weak and other countries will grow strong as we become lesser.

The American people have no birthright and citizenship has no value as others walk over the border and treated as Americans. We have lost our way and the American people will suffer greatly for it as government grows stronger and the American people are just pawns.

When we have elected congressmen and senators who fight for the rights of illegals instead of the American people, we are doomed.

The slaves upon whom the entire economy of the South (home to Washington, Jefferson, etc) depended. Remind me where they came from again?

My point, just in case you're too obtuse to grasp it, is that the US has always been a "global" country.

Given the Republican Party's complete intransigence I am amazed President Obama has done as well as he has. IMHO his major failing has been his inability to stand up to the BIG MONEY that dominates both parties.
