WRONG! It is them "flexing" their rights. They are not saying "We will use violence if...." They are saying "Hey, look, my right to do THIS is constitutionally protected."
If you can count that as an act of violence, then taxation is a far more literal threat of violence on peaceful people. They literally tell peaceful people they will be put in a cage if they don't hand over money, if the resist being put in they cage, they will be beaten/killed.
Every time you tell me I have to pay for your kid's schools or have my property taken from me by force, that is an actual threat of violence.
Walking around with a slung rifle is not a threat of violence. They do not hurt peaceful people, nor do they say the would under any circumstance.
