when the cops have trouble hitting the criminal with 80+ rounds that is 10 feet in front of them, there is a really big problem with the lack of gun control.
I can hit my target with 3 rounds fired and hit them with all 3 rounds. both at the range and in real life.
well said. at ten feet you should be able to put three rounds just about where you want them, even with a moving target. if you ever saw the movie barbarosa, he said one thing that really stuck with me.
you stand firm until you have done all the shooting you are going to do. nothing makes a man more nervous than someone standing still who should be running like a scalded a$$ed ape.

what you say is true, unless you are employed by the NYC police department. they cant seem to hit jack from 10 feet.
When a gun is used to commit a crime why should the members of law enforcement have to guess who is the guns owner and responsible for its safe use? Gun owners should be the first people to be concerned with gun control after all who would want their gun to be the cause of somebodies death or serious injury??
Well in New York they should have no issue, since there's registration of handguns in New York (assuming that the guns were left at the scene of the crime of course). Should be a good test case for proposed gun registries shouldn't it. We should ask how the NY Gun registry is helping solve these crimes.

i would say any police department, or any civilian government agency. the military seems to hit what they shoot at though.
