1. No, it wasnt what was being discussed.

2. Cops do indeed have orders if the mayor or governor so issues them. At best your argument should be that cops have more autonomy and even that isnt true.

3. Whether or not the OP is "smart enough" to understand what you just typed doesnt have anything to do with the fact that what you just typed didnt negate the OP's question.

I don't see a need to hate any category of people like that. When they do wrong, they deserve the punishment they get, but I don't bother to hate them.
