Why would they? They'd be laying right beside the man dead, the police & the state would investigate themselves, and it will be called justifiable just because the state, that just investigated themselves, found no wrong doing as a way to avoid having to payout in a lawsuit.

You have a point there. Still it would be nice to see people sticking up for each other. Large enough crowds would have a chance against a few officers. Of course the best way to deal with this is to fire both standing political parties and begin to vote for candidates who value liberty more. But they're too busy fighting over imagined differences between the two parties.

America's most violent organized crime gang in action. Badge-wearing criminals that will get a couple weeks of paid vacation for their trouble. To top it off, there's a group that is watching this man get killed right in front of their eyes by these bottom-dwellers, and yet they cannot do a thing to help. To do so would jeopardize their own lives. How disgusting is that? You have no choice but to sit idly by why these lunkheads murder a human being.

The very bunch who are whining about "police brutality" are generally the same bunch who don't see a need for the 2nd amendment.

"Our government will never turn on our own people."

Yea, right.

Let’s be clear here. The guy was not hurting anyone, not threatening anyone, not causing any kind of problem.

He was SUSPECTED of not giving the State it’s share of the profit from tobacco sales.

The thing is, infantrymen have little to no value in society after their service is over. How many job sectors can you transfer infantrymen skills into civilian life? Very very little. Grunts and jarheads have poor job prospects after they separate from the military. They didn't have much between their ears going in, and still don't going out, except now that instead of just being stupid, they're stupid and deadly
My son in law is working for Caterpillar repairing heavy machinery so that you can enjoy new roads, housing and malls. The government put him in some really bad places which he does have a hard time dealing with still today but I'm guessing he is proving more to society today than you are.

Yea, right.
Generalizations are a complete waste of everyone's time. I support the 2nd and I believe everyone one of those involved here should be charged with manslaughter.
