I wish this law existed when I had sex with that fat chick on that road trip. I was so drunk, she definitely raped me, no way I would have done that sober.

That is what is referred to as a "double coyote". As you may know a "coyote" is when you chew your arm off in the morning so you don't wake her when you try to leave. A "double coyote" is when you chew your other arm off when you get home just so it doesn't happen again.

You put yourself in that state, you are responsible for your decisions.
The bold part was kind of my point. You are responsible for your actions, drunk or not.

When single in the Navy I had a personal value in such situations. If the girl is unconscious, she's off limits. If she didn't want me when she was sober, then I'm not touching her when she's drunk or stoned. If she wanted me when sober and isn't totally plastered drunk and still wants me, it's ok.

If someone is drunk or stoned when they decided to commit a crime, are they not held accountable for their decision? If a woman willingly got drunk or stoned and agreed to sex while in that state, why should that be the fault of the guy? However, if the woman is unconscious and one or more people have sex with her then that counts as rape. If she was given a drug without her knowledge and taken advantage of in that state, that should also be rape.

Admit it, she was your moped: fun to ride but wouldn't want your friends to see you on one.

Because the end game of feminism is to blame the world for any issues affecting women and remove ANY responsibility for their actions. A literal free pass to do whatever they want and punish those that do not subscribe to their entitlement mentality

lol just making a point.

I completely regretted it and I was hammered. According to this law, I could cry rape because I was too drunk to consent.

This is a fantastic idea.

My school was recently commended for pushing this "yes means yes" idea on campus, as well as "Check It", which is basically "if you see something, say something". It's not encouraging anyone to go out and be a vigilante, but if you see or hear something that seems off, it's good to walk over and make sure everything's okay.

Having sex with drunk people seems like a terrible idea. I wouldn't want to sleep with anyone I wasn't certain wanted me just as much as I wanted them.

You obviously never partied, got drunk together, and went home together.

Whoops, must have been rape
