So it's a business conducting commerce with the public, not simply a "family farm."

But the family that owns the farm lives in the building that hosts the wedding events. They sleep above where the bridal suite is. I just don't see what is wrong with anyone objecting to seeing gay couples being all lovey-dovey in front of their faces in their home. And if they have young children, if they don't want their kids to see that sort of behaviour at such a young age, then that's fine with me too.

The New York farmers live on the second and third floor of the barn and rent out the lower half for weddings. The Gifford’s also allow patrons to use the part of the second floor as a bridal suite. Unlike during annual fall festivals, pig races, corn maze tours, Easter egg hunts, and berry picking events, the Gifford’s are intricately involved with all aspects of weddings held on the property.
