In order for there to be a judge or jury, there has to be a criminal complaint made to law enforcement, the results of which are presented to the prosecutor, who determines whether to move forward with charges or not. If charges are pursued, there must be an indictment by a grand jury. Since none of that has happened, it is pretty clear why there is no judge or jury regarding these allegations.

I think there is a possibility that something might come out of this. NBC and Netflex did not drop him for no reason. Somebody is doing an analysis of the allegations. While the statue of limitations could have run out on some charges; possibly others will surface? As more and more hear of his problems and those speaking out; more will come forward. While this has been out for many years; it is only now that it is getting momentum.

There is also the chance that some prosecutor could go after him for related charges stemming from drugging the women or bribery? But, like you state: "there is no judge or jury regarding these allegations" (as of this date).

We also have a responsibility as parents to teach our daughters there is no free lunch. A lot of powerful people are not in the business of handing out charity. If you accept certain favors, be prepared to be taken advantage of in some manner. It's not right. And the people who are preying upon these women are in the wrong. The women who accept these favors are not wrong. However, that is the ugly world we live in. It's the reality. It's our responsibility as parents to teach our daughters to keep their eyes open and to have a healthy suspicion and avoid placing themselves in situations where they could be taken advantage of. I hear stories all the time from women who avoided these situations. They told me a particular celebrity or other powerful person tried to invite them for "drink" or a "dinner in their hotel room" and they declined these situations.

I agree! But does that give the rich and powerful an excuse to break our laws? Besides; many young men and women are searching for that one big chance. They might throw caution to the wind.

This all looks to me like a repeat of the Michael Jackson fiasco, except with adults. In both cases, people have been paid huge sums of money to keep their mouths shut.

The whole thing will blow over eventually and no one will know the truth. Typical.

I do think its about money and power and the belief he is able to get away with anything, mixed perhaps with a low class upbringing, but other thoughts also occured to me . He grew up in a time that a good girl does not have sex until marriage right? And so he may look down on women who he considers too easy, but if he drugs them then he can have a woman who he considers more desireable or classier because she would have turned him down? And he can still respect her because she never said yes to his advances? Is that idea crazy?Or maybe it's the opposite that he views them all as easy because he thinks all women care only about his money and so just drugs them to have total control over the situation that he assumes they would have agreed to anyway. Also this is my opinion while I always liked Bill Cosby growing up he is not in my opinion very handsome. I wonder if that lack of attractiveness created any anger issues in him towards woman?

Also this crap had nothing to do with the regular people. Regular people just said this was fagtalk ( which this is ). It is all a bunch of dickless non-heterosexual supportive tatic to seperate the sexes. That is what this is about. They do not want you to produce or be happy. They want to keep people apart. It is the work of the devil. The ultimate divine sin, The prevention of reproduction and creation of human beings.

Don't you understand the people behind this bs are a bunch of pugly abominations looking out for number one. Themselves. They are not trying to achieve justice, they are only achieving status and symbolization of money. They do not love you me, or anybody at all but themselves. They are the worst kind of people.

This is just discrimination against the male gender and his native actions.

.............

????Listen to me???? The networks shut her up because it is going to far and he did nothing wrong to anybody at all. These are just his past girlfriends and that is it. All we need is a fagbook video but then again Bill Cosby is not some idiot posting his privacy online.

This is called privacy. Don't you understand. Not a battle of the sexes a discrimination against heterosexual identity. THIS KIND OF STUFF IS NOT MEANT TO BE TALKED ABOUT. They are blinding people like horses. I bet 90% of the households who have children all would claim that the sex was rape. But not the law usage of rape. This is not some over the top "Death Wish" movie. These are a bunch of racist, money grubbing, hoars, who are selling out for the sake of money and fame.

If Ellen Degenerate and Wanda never had the "Feminist bs" or "non-heterosexual bs" they would just be a bunch of straight hens and Ellen would be the new Barbra Strizand. Sean Young would be the new Ellen. But no the entire westernerize world is wrapped with non-heterosexuals and that is the ultimate point being made here.

Their is no case at all for him. Just a bunch of wenches begging fore money. Bill Cosby is an normal good man and nothing else needs to said about him.

I think it's good for the truth to come out, so people can't hide their dark side behind a veneer of respectability. Too many people get away with that.

It sounds like he helped pay out financial support to a string of mistresses which is what some rich men do, but the other thing about young models coming to Cosby's dressing room is more disturbing. He said he felt sorry for the women I wonder what he thought was going in there?

No, they're not his past girlfriends. The cases I read about involved acting students or interns who were studying with him as a mentor. This can't be swept under the rug as "past girlfriends" or "consensual sex". Those lines aren't going to work anymore.
