Where are you getting this nonsense. The feds will deport him only after CA has allowed its justice to complete. If they send him up forever he does not get deported until forever.

Let us observe this guys was a bad dude that should have been doing 20 years to life somewhere but instead he got deported because some state chose not to deal with him.

And let us understand that there is no way the southern border will ever be fully secured against the heavy criminal. With the willingness to take risk and commit large sums of money are border can be evaded. Just a fact of life.

And note that TX has sentenced a number of innocent people to death and appears to have executed at least one innocent. So let us not get carried away with the misjustice of TX.

So now you guys don't want to deport illegals? I am so confused here, first you want to deport illegals and then you don't, and blame those that do as being pro amnesty.
