Wow, this is so ugly and evil that I'm going to call it satanic.
Another sensational headline by someone who is likely paid by the click.

Huge disconnect between the headline and story. This is an example of irresponsible journalism.

Please go back and read the link instead of the sensational headline.

Huffpo....fair and balanced.

That's some incredibly ugly journalism....but it sure will stir up the ignorant.

Leave it to Huff Post to distort the truth and it's followers like the OP to go right along.

"a grand jury indicted Orta on weapons charges stemming from an arrest by undercover officers earlier that month.

"Wow, this is so ugly and evil that I'm going to call it satanic" Maybe you should have reaD YOUR own ARTICLE!

Huff, being the liberal rag that it is uses incidents like this to advance it's agendas.

What is the whole purpose of printing this article with the skewed headline?

He was arrested AFTER filming the killing.

I wouldn't bet that the cops planted a gun as revenge, but I wouldn't be shocked if they did.

I would bet that the DA only had cops testify at the grand jury, not one of these unusual 'You'll hear ALL the evidence' shows for the gj.

Maybe they planeted a sandwich on him and then claimed it was a gun?
Then they fabricated video of him robbing a store, retroactively fitted him for an ankle bracelet for gun possession and reverse engineered social media pics where instead of handing a popsicle to his cousin, he and his buddies posed with guns and gang signs?
Maybe they created a mile long rap sheet too?

(This coming from a guy that things a trial would be reasonable)

P.S. Illegal cigarette sales have boomed in NY after they jacked their taxes wayyyyy up a number of years back. The mafia and other groups (gangs) but at Indian places in NJ etc. and then sell for double what it cost...which is still about half the price of the taxed versions.

I think anyone with an ounce of sense will agree that ship has long sailed.
