"Democrats OWN the Omnibus Spending Bill"

Especially that Boehner guy.

A Dem in RINO clothing.

They should have added a reduction in welfare benefits. Then the left would really scream.

As am I. As a liberal Democrat I hold those in my own party who voted for this monstrosity equally responsible with Republicans who voted for it. This bill would not have passed without the complicity of both sides.

So, again, how do we get people angry about this?

It does not surprise me one bit, it only confirms what I have always known.

There was welfare in the bill. It went to the banks benefit when/if they create the next recession.

Many liberals are upset about this bill the House Republicans put together and pushed through Congress.

Maybe. But as a liberal, I can tell you that cnn's political reporting is, in my view, not as bad as fox news. That doesn't make them liberal. I think the christian science monitor and the wsj's *political news* coverage (not their editorials) are reasonably neutral.

Real liberals do indeed follow the nyt, with wapo a close second.

Truly, I know a lot of liberals, I suspect more than you do, and no one I know pays attention to cnn. They cover nothing that you can't get better elsewhere.
