Over 1,000 hit the streets tonight.

“How do you spell murderers? N-Y-P-D!” said the agitators.
“NYPD, KKK, how many kids did you kill today?” other protesters chanted, who started on the sidewalk before moving onto the streets of Fifth and Madison Avenue.
The activists choked the traffic– and left an ambulance from New York Presbyterian stranded on 54th Street and 5th Avenue.

The More, the Merrier ...... for those who are too young to remember - this is exactly how Nixon became President. He ran on a Law and Order campaign to stop the lawless Riots that people were sick and tired of. I can't say that worked out so well as he was a paranoid freak, but it is what got him elected. The people of New York won't want to go back to the Crime infested street of New York of the 1970's ...... way too many remember those dark days.

If I was a cop in New York City right now I'd let these punks burn the whole place down and not lift one finger to stop them. Cause like the Muslims they'll get mad at each other and start killing their rivals off.

They kill each other already over drugs and Nikki's. Buy allowing the riots in Fergeson to go on without any consequences they started a train rolling that they can't stop. It's going tom continue to escalate now that these loonies know that there are no consequences. Gonna get ugly I bet.

Your right wing heading is wrong. They are anti-police brutality. Not anti-cop.

No one remembers anymore, but that's what the LA cops did after the Rodney King verdict.

Like it or not the right to protest is an important Constitutional right. Like it or not, it's the job of the government (which includes the police) to make sure that right is protected.

They've been burning nothing down in N.Y. Now if you want to start denying people their rights, who knows.

Two things:

1. Why so many of the professionally made signs?

2. Don't you need a permit to march in the street in NYC?

The Problem is these protestors are disrupting business and every day people who just want to go to Market for a bottle of milk. This is out of control and Protestors must be kept with in the boundaries of the Law for everyone's protection.
