The same as your kind of politician. Why are you complaining then?

Yes it is in both instances.

I think my 6 year old could come up with a better argument

Let me repeat myself for the millionth time for the homophobic knuckle draggers... in states where same sex marriage is legal, heterosexuals have the same right to marry someone of the same sex as do gay people. See? STILL THE SAME RIGHTS!

You can believe whatever ridiculousness you want. But you lose. The "war on gays" is almost over.

No one has a right to marriage. You have the right to live your life as you please as long as you are not violating others rights.
The problem is we the people allowing government to decide, through mob rule, who can and cannot get legally married.

Who says it's two men v two women. How about two adults?
No one should ever stand in the way of two people in love who want to get married. And in the same vein no one should force another to accept that marriage.

1) All politicians are bottom dwellers.

2) you're only accusing this one because (D) appears after their name.

Good for her. Expose hypocrites in government. It's the right thing to do and I wish more politicians did this.

I wouldn't be so sure some of the political affairs did not involve corruption. I have no doubt many a state job or government contract has found a benefactor in such situations. And the ultimate hypocrisy would be closeted married lawmakers having same sex affairs that resulted in their side piece getting employment or $ from the state. Although straight pro-life legislators who have affairs and either have and abortion or encourage the mistress to have an abortion can equal that.

Lets not pretend that scenario has never played out.

Has anyone made a 'Diaper Dave' Vitter joke yet? I so love a good "Diaper Dave' Vitter joke.
