Cops have to make a decision based on what they have been taught, sometimes in an instant.
Listen, the amount of abuse compared to what cops actually do good is far beyond than what you see on the news who hates cops................and will do what ever they can to discredit cops...
Of course unless pulling someone over for exceeding the sped limit is bad...
Remember that when the jackboot is on your throat!
The cops.....and now, for the thousands of people that were there, 29 were issued citations?
Now those 29 citations were thrown out.....
Great, the law worked and people are complaining about that?
I am referring to the noon hour singers.

Wisconsin Capitol Police arrest Joan Kemble, 80, in the state Capitol rotunda Wednesday. Police arrested 22 people for gathering without a permit in their first crackdown on daily protesters since a federal judge ruled large groups need a permit to gather in the building.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin sued on behalf of a UW-Madison professor who participated in the singalong but was never cited, prompting Conley’s temporary ruling. The case is scheduled for trial in January.
You first cite one case then go off topic to cite another case. I ask again this is your best example or only example of first amendment cases?
??? off topic? All the cases, I cited, were infringement of first amendment rights by arresting peaceful protesters. You see, they are separate examples of the same issue.
Would you stop moving the goal post? When you are proven WRONG, you bring up another link to something that agrees with you, which has absolutely nothing to do with ANY of the 3 link you posted in the first 20 posts....
Dane County Judge John Markson has dismissed 29 tickets issued to participants in the Solidarity Sing Along, ruling the state's permitting requirements for Capitol gatherings unconstitutional.
This thread should be closed because you cannot even keep up with your own change of directions...

Where the heck is that goal post...it's changed so many times, the OP cannot even remember....

Read the title of the thread. Pretty simple really. The goalpost never changed. The topic remains the question of whether peaceful protesters should be arrested. Period.

So if this is your best examples of 1st amendment right problems then we have very little problems .
So either you have very little problems with the 1st amendment or you are trying to show the problems Scott walker had in Wisconsin.

Our first amendment rights are under attack and because some may not agree with their voices, people don't care. The bigger picture is that if you allow it, you are losing something bigger than whatever you may disagree with. You risk losing your right to practice freedom of speech.
Look at all the different links...of course the damn goal post has changed....you don't like the answer you get with one link, you provide another link and say, well this is what I was talking about...
Anyway, as stated before, when you get just as vocal about the 2A, get back with us, until then your thread is noting but hypocritical!
