Again, for the I don't know how many times.....private industry can do things the government can not. The Constitution does not apply to private industry but rather to the government.
(wondering how many more times I will have to point this basic government 101 fact out)

A business can indeed curtail to your rights to free speech. etc, etc, etc.
No reason to penalize the children for their parents' drug use.
Plus, drug is hard to quit, cutting of their welfare benefits doesn't help. Many people use drug to mask the pain of PTSD, you don't know why people used drugs in the first place.
Welfare system needs reform, but cutting welfare benefit for drug use is not the answer.
Even though people are forced to take pre employment drug tests, they are applying for employment not benefits given to them from the Government.
They are innocent with no reason to try and prove them guilty of anything yet they are forced to take the test.
Our insurance company makes us test employees when they are hired and once a year.
This includes my husband and myself.
So, yes........I do think welfare recipients should also so tested.
Why do you think they make your company perform those tests?
