Detroit's Unemployment Rate Is Nearly 50%, According to the Detroit News

I'm sure you've heard of it, Detroit. A city that's been under democrat rule for decades? Why didn't Democrats do a good job of diversifying Detroits economy away from auto manufacturing.

One thing becomes clear when you think about it objectively (non political correctness or politics shrouding the logic), the racial and ethnic composition of an area is far more indicative of its economic, educational attainment and standards, and crime status than any political party or leanings. Detroit, Baltimore, Seattle, and San Francisco are all completely Democrat run cities and Baltimore and Detroit suck and San Fran and Seattle are awesome. Too bad objective thought is not allowed in US schools or in the public discussion sphere.

BTW, that article is old.

You mean like the Democrats did in Pittsburgh making it one of America`s most livable cities? Good question. Yes, Pittsburgh too has been under Democrat rule for decades and it`s one of America`s great success stories so your shot at Democrats comes up a mile short. Nice try though.

50% unemployment rate means that close to that number of working age people are not working.

Every success story you show me, I will show you one where Democrats drove a city into the ground.
