So what? Why are you guys all about the cop just administering "justice" through excessive use of force? Especially toward people that do not pose a serious threat?

You guys just want someone to shut up what you guys believe are "uppity" people. That's it. You want someone to take down with whatever force someone who you think is mouthing off against your order.

That's all this is about.

When he got her to the ground he was rushed and drew his weapon. He was justified in doing so.
The original video reports yesterday showed only the copy struggling with the girl and him then pulling his gun. This morning's news showed more of the video and as he pulled that gun two husky young boys were shown rushing that cop as he pulled the gun. They popped into the picture from behind him then 2 cops popped right behind them and they ran off...that's when the cop holstered his gun and dealt with the unruly girl.

What a difference the "whole video covering time-frame makes." I agree that this cop was absolutely justified. He had to have seen these two kids rushing up behind him, thus pull the gun for self defense which he immediately holstered when the other 2 cops were right behind the two boys and they ran on off.

Civilized people don't take it up in the streets. Yep, shut up, listen and do what other civilized people do. If you disagree take it up in the courts.

As reports continue to come out the actions of this thug cop become even more egregious. Some racists at the pool started talking trash to the kids who had reserved the pool for their party and the kids got understandably upset about it. The cops were called and lit into the black teens ignoring the racist slime who started the whole affair. BTW, the kids were mostly members of the community and invited guests including the girl who was violated. Like I said earlier for you stormfronters, there are actually integrated upper middle neighborhoods in the more civilized parts of this country.

Could not disagree more. Today's kids need to be brought under control. They need to "RESPECT" their elders and authority. How in the world will they ever discipline themselves as adults if they cannot learn to accept discipline as kids when they are acting incorrectly or mouthing off. I have always believed that old golden rule "Spare the rod and spoil the child!" We certainly have the proof of that today.

There was about 130 kids, most of them black, turned up for the party. He says some of the partygoers jumped a fence to access the pool, causing a disturbance and sparking fights. He says only seven or eight of them were troublemakers.

Talk about racism. Wow. If a white person said that about Al Sharpton or somebody, can you imagine the reaction.

Pot meet kettle.
LMAO... why do you guys always say "if a white person said this..."

when a Black person says something about another Black person?

I can tell my wife to shut up if she is yapping (not really) but no one else can without some furniture moving.

Did you not see my transcription of most of the video?

strict homeowners' association rules prohibit bringing more than two guests to the pool.

So when crowds of teenagers showed up, huddling by the gate and shouting to let them in, things got out of hand. Some kids jumped over the fence, Embry said. A security guard tried to get them to leave but was outnumbered, so the guard called police.

Wow, forcing themselves on others.

CNN law enforcement analyst Cedric Alexander cautioned that one video doesn't tell an entire story. He said officers were likely dealing with a lot of teenagers running around and not obeying basic orders to disperse. "I thought the kids were not compliant whatsoever," said Alexander, who is the public safety director of DeKalb County, Georgia and President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives.

"That in itself is a problem. Those kids attempted to overtalk the police."

How does he know they aren't going to bull rush him and try to get his gun? That appeared to be a pretty chaotic situation.
