OMG, that's really rich!

The president (of the UNITED States) is supposed to praise the idea of civil war and the subjugation of dark-skinned human beings.

Are there really Confederates among us today?

Probably over 100 million descendants of Confederates in the USA. No doubt Obama's family owned slaves in Africa as an upper class family and Muslims ran the African slave trade. And I wouldn't doubt his white family has some confederates in the family tree. The point is that every tribe and group in existence is a survivor and comes from a group that committed atrocities and had atrocities committed against them....that's all part of history.

You expect any president to praise the Confederacy?

Presidents are supposed to be glad that years ago, some people wanted to split the country?

Makes no sense; are you a patriot?

We are supposed to honor people who tried to tear apart our country?

wow

To me, it makes more sense to praise the Confederacy for defending themselves against aggressive invaders than to praise Allah for killing the Marines in Tennessee.

I used to be a Patriot and a Veteran of the US military but not so much with this President.

Not confused. I don't accept Political Correctness Nazi brainwashing as you obviously have. Learn to question authority and think for yourself.

This is so laughable. Someone needs to give this idiot a clue. His job is President of the United States. He is not the leader of the world. The fact that he seems obsessed with Islam is worrisome since Jihad is born of radical Islamists.

What are you smoking? One is about tradition and history that means a great deal to many Americans. One is a silly superstition that embraces slaughter and subjugation. Too bad Obama only supports the second one.
