It's not offensive and it's not racist especially when you have unarmed black citizens being killed and the police departments are getting off by doing it. They always say I am feared for my life. So why didn't they do the same thing to Dillion. It's nothing to shoot a unarmed person in the leg.

You ever shoot a handgun? It's not that easy to aim, he's alive cause he's lucky...couple of feet in a diff direction and he's dead.
One can feel that way about the BLM label and not be racist. The name they chose was meant to be provocative.
If they had simply added Too on the end of BLM, all this twisting the meaning to Only Black Lives Matter nonsense, would have been avoided. BLM already gets the rightwing in a tizzy with the official Bureau of Land Management, as per the Bundyites and their ilk.
True conservatives are not anti-BLM. So no need to start blindly accusing all conservatives as the racists. One of the greatest conservatives in American history was a black man. His name was Malcolm X.
