Whether you are with the protesters our not, the overwhelming majority of protesters there are trying to create change peacefully.
I do think that nationally people vilify police too much. I also an not a fan of Grey, because he was a violent man. So the incident a year ago may have been justified. But there is no doubt already existing tension in the community before that happened.
There comments in this thread lead me to believe that they are right about many things. The way many of you just group everyone there together to sign negative labels sites that there is still a lot of ignorance that needs to be overcome.

They group themselves together chanting no peace and or else. Then you want to cry they arent part of the violence.
"They were criminals not protestors". The chief said " Protestors are out there talking about a way to affect change whatever that may be."
What do you think the protestors mean when they chant no justice no peace and justice or else? This is no peace. This is or else. This is the #blacklivesmatter movement.
