All Islamist groups are a threat including the Muslim Brotherhood.

I'm not going to debate this any further with you. I wish you the best and I'm very happy that you are free to think the way you think and espouse your views without any fear of retribution. Ain't free speech grand! America is a wonderful place. Next chance you get, thank a vet.
I am a vet.

It's just amazing how you tore ass on other people's country that never invited you there, but they're the savages and not you. That's such typical American arrogance.

And on top of all that, you name two other nations that we should've invaded. SMH...unreal.

You want to invade other nations, while finding it unthinkable to have your own invaded. But you're a cultured American, while the invaded are savages.

Astonishing.

No, they are not. If the U.S. decides to start an offensive war with them that would increase the probability that they would attack the U.S.

The Muslim Brotherhood is the political wing of all Islamic terror organizations; Taliban, ISIS, Boko Haram, Al Qaeda, etc.

Yes the theocratic dictatorship (That beheads more people than ISIS) classifies something as a terrorist group. The Saudi monarchy actively supports Sunni extremist groups. The Saudi's banned the Muslim Brotherhood because the monarchy thinks that the Muslim Brotherhood is a threat to their dictatorship.

Saudi Arabia declares Muslim Brotherhood 'terrorist group' - BBC News

You realize the Taliban and Al Qaeda are fighting ISIS/Boko Haram. (Not that any of those groups are good)

Every Muslim group is fighting another Muslim group, since Muslim groups perceive other Muslim groups to be less Muslim than them.

They all spawn from the same ideology; Islam.

And why should the U.S. get involved in that? Let them fight each other in the Middle East, it is not the business of the U.S. to intervene.

I wasn't planning to continue this discussion, but I do want to thank you for your service Desertdetroiter.

I suppose it's a perspective thing. I saw what I saw and did what I did. I really didn't want to be there, but I did my best to protect the guys that were there with me. I can promise you that we risked our lives to protect the children, women and any non-combatants. They did the opposite. They targeted children. It really pissed us off and made the hunts all the more personal. I didn't make the policy man, I was just a trigger puller that was trying to get home. After years in the sandbox, I came to the conclusion that evil is real and the Muslim World has a lot of it.

As far as invading other countries goes, I truly believe the Saudis and Paks are a real threat. That's just experience talking, nothing more. It's a certainty that they will eventually hit us again, and again, and again. I guess I just prefer to take the fight them, rather than have them bring it to us.

Ultimately, if I thought getting out of the region would end their desire to pick a fight with us I would be the first guy to back an isolationist policy. I doubt you will find many warriors who wish for war. But the reality is that they are hell-bent on our destruction and my brothers and I are equally hell-bent on stopping them. It's what we do.

I think we will just have to agree to disagree. Take care brother. Enjoy your Labor Day weekend. I'm going to spend mine riding my motorcycle and dropping in on BBQ's. Harley's and ribs! God bless America!!!

It only works if all Muslim immigration is stopped, if not the cancer flows into the country as well.
