Seems like most Latinos including those in congress have a one track, tribal mentality. Tribe first, nation second or not at all.

You're the only one mentioning Hispanic. The previous poster mentioned "her people". Since the congresswoman is Mexican American, most people would interpret that statement to single out Mexican Americans in particular, not Hispanics...

If a State wishes to print 10 different versions in different languages of everything the State does and they have other peoples money(taxes) to do it, more power to them.

Latino and Hispanic are similar but they are two different things.. As for La Raza being racist, you're entitled to your own opinion...

If La Raza isn't racist, then neither is any white supremacy group.

Good old Daryl Metcalfe. This same PA Rep also cut off a fellow rep from talking about the same sex marriage design, because allowing so would "Go against God's laws." and just this week he also defended speaking at a white nationalists group meeting by trying to say that "white natioanlists isn't the same white suprimists." Oh, and he's a member of ALEC, so you know where this copy-paste legislation came from.

Needless to say he's not a very popular man outside of his very gerrymandered district. And even there he was almost beat by a write in candidate.
