The solution is simple, remove all American personnel from that cesspool and let them fend for themselves.

I recently read a book telling the tale of a winter walk across Afghanistan. IMHO anyplace that cannot figure out basic sanitation such as outhouses does not deserve our or anybody else's help. We need to get out now and stay out. That goes for the rest of the Middle East as well.
