Nonsense. In fact the indians were considered sub human. And the Supreme Court at one point held they were not subject to US law. Show where that was true of illegals.

I also started a thread on this a few days ago. This one was first, so maybe they will combine.

They weren't considered subhuman. That's a figment of your imagination. The reason they weren't subject to U.S. law is because they were subject to a foreign sovereignty.

That is correct. They were not subject to US law. You know of anyone claiming the current illegal aliens are not arrest-able because they are not subject to US law?

And as to the view of the Indian...Teddy Roosevelt?

Theodore Roosevelt's assertion: "This great continent could not have been kept as nothing but a game preserve for squalid savages."

Don't forget that the other Saul Alinsky follower is waiting in the wings to carry out such policies. We cannot be sure the American public is not stupid enough to elect her, since they elected Obama twice.
If Hillary is elected, you can kiss this country goodbye, because she was responsible for Bill putting Ruth Bader Ginsberg on the court to begin with.
She will nominate other radical progressives to the SC and lower courts to put the final nail in the coffin of our once great Constitutional Republic.

God help us if Americans are stupid enough to elect her.

Actually, they were. Just like foreigners are subject to U.S. criminal law while here, and U.S. citizens are subject to foreign countries' criminal laws while there. Neither makes them citizens of the foreign (to them) countries.

Obama wasn't just giving the illegals protection from deportation, which he never would've anyway. It was giving them work permits, SSN and most all services and benefits a US citizen is eligible for.

If Obama appeals it to the Supreme Court how do you think it'll go. I think the Supreme court will block it 5-4.
Obama is not losing sleep, he has John Roberts in his pocket.
