Obama wasn't just giving the illegals protection from deportation, which he never would've anyway. It was giving them work permits, SSN and most all services and benefits a US citizen is eligible for.

If Obama appeals it to the Supreme Court how do you think it'll go. I think the Supreme court will block it 5-4.

Obama broke the US Constitution, yet again. Wanting to be a dictator, against the sovereignty of this nation.... One to the temple, as the Constitution says is the solution!

When Pres. Obama announced his amnesty a year ago, it was immediately argued that he was breaking the US. Constitution by ignoring Congress and failing to follow Congress-mandated regulatory process. (That has been an argument, supported in an ongoing lawsuit since 2012 against Obama's first and smaller executive amnesty.) The President had no authority to do so.
The court today agreed that Obama indeed has violated the US. Constitution's federal policy-making rules.

Over & Over, we have witnessed the shredding of the US. Constitution and federal law's, with this corrupt administration.

In the last year, he has ignored the courts and kept his corrupt policies in place and as history tells us all, he will keep in place, regardless what the courts say.

Last time I checked, the majority of Americans were in favor of helping the illegals.

Compassion for people like the multiple-time felon and illegal alien who killed Kate Steinle is not a virtue. It's a character flaw and a sign of a very twisted or ignorant individual.

Where is the compassion for Americans who have lost their jobs, had their wages reduced, had their credit destroyed due to an illegal stealing their ID or victims of their other crimes, had their taxes go through the roof supporting the social costs of illegals, their overcrowded schools, jails, hospitals and neighborhoods? No, the pro-illegal's compassion is for foreign invaders who had no respect for our immigration laws or borders in spite of their negative impact on our own citizens. Talk about misplaced compassion....this is it! I suggest that the latter are the trash in this country.

Where are the people who recognize the GOOD illegal immigrants who aren't here to ruin the life of the average American?

This I agree with. I'm all for deporting illegals who actually HARM or worse kill Americans, which DOES NOT INCLUDE all illegal immigrants.

After the other supreme court rulings on gay rights thing, and obamacare, I believe the supreme court will allow obama to proceed with his "fundamental change" that we can't afford to pay.
