You have the right to wear a shirt that states something not factual. You placed the burden on me to clarify the misperception. I am indifferent to you and your self-identity. You are practicing your right to pursue happiness. So am I, by saying 'Thank you for your service', and 'good day'. "
I'd say "Welcome home, and thank you for serving when we needed your help."
Freedom isn't free. Our veterans have served so that we can live the lives we do. Honor their service, especially if they served and you didn't have to.
Thanks for this. The funny thing is the cons on here disparing the vet, yet in all other instances, these same cons would be foaming at the mouth if anyone dare say a disparing word about vets or the military. Hypocrites, the whole lot of them.
