Teach good tax paying citizens to correctly handle guns and provide centers for learning an practicing .
Promote good safe gun control practices, with a clear understanding of personal safety and public responsibility ,and carry at all times.
Government provide ammo and range masters. with special credit for NRA pistol fire B-16/2= 25 yard 10 ring 10 shot black outs.
Including regular public competition and in school training 8th grade and up.

No, but it seems like conservatives do. They expect Obama to prevent all terrorism but what exactly are the means to do so? Remember, Mr. Farook was a US citizen and thus had the same Constitutional rights we expect for all. So are you conceding that there is absolutely nothing Obama or anybody could have done to prevent this attack!
I never said or implied that Obama or anyone else could have prevented this.
In fact I'm saying that no gun law would have prevented Farook from buying those guns.
He was a citizen with no criminal record and was on no list.

He, along with our military, is smart enough to know that another ground war is not the answer. He also knows that efforts that do not directly kill ISIS leaders and followers will only help with their recruitment.
Additionally, no guns for people that are not allowed to fly makes good logical sense. If you are too dangerous to fly, you're certainly too dangerous to have a gun.

Simple Math indicates that the US Terror List (down now from 1 Million to a mere 680,000 in 2013) is a bigger Target to go after than the TeamObama Controlled "No Fly List".
He never mentioned the Terror List - perhaps he doesn't have a Lois Lerner in charge of that List - although he does have John Brennan.
Does nobody wonder why Obama didn't talk about the Terror List? Can we trust him to not use the No Fly List for Political Purposes to punish his Political Enemies ..... especially since he shut down the IRS Investigation and used the DOJ to go after Journalists (Associated Press & Fox News) that he doesn't like?
I don't think so. We already know we can't trust him OR the DOJ and US Attorney General.
