Also read the ruling, it lays things out well:

Compensatory damages decided by an agency, not a court of law?

Seems weird.

Go read the ruling. Its done by a judge, and is subject to judicial review at the request of the defendants.

Well, all this says is to stay out of Progressive run states. Run FAR AWAY people! They are Authoritarian hellholes that aren't worth the high prices to live in. Especially in the Pacific NW where it is depressing and gloomy most of the time, but also stay out of the NE especially NYC. You can be fined 250k for calling a tranny a he if they are really a he and vice versa! Stay far far away from these dumps, let the useful idiots pay the bills there.

"The bakers were not, as previously reported, punished for threats by others against the couple, as the agency had recommended. They were ordered by the commissioner to pay damages to the couple for emotional harm caused by their unlawful discrimination."

Where's the court of law?

Oregon bakers forced to pay $135,000 after sharing lesbian couple

I also provided the link to the actual ruling.

It wasnt the refusal to bake the cake. It was the Kleins handing the peoples home address out, and the resulting death threats.

Listen to this person! Oregon is a hellhole, its a horrible horrible place. None of you should come here. Its rained for 22 days straight in Portland. (Its a fact-no joke). Those people telling you how great it is here? They're lying. You shouldn't even visit. We might turn you gay.
