At the very least, require Obama or whoever to present his idea for an EO to the citizens prior to trying to force it down our throats. The people decide what is best for themselves, not Obama.

Not enforcing the oath that he took prior to taking office? Swearing to uphold the laws of the nation? Violating that oath is certainly an impeachable offense.

Lol right then. You and the rest of those disagreeing with him have done nothing but support his opinion.

But by all means continue to use your online PhD to diagnose people on Internet forums.

Not a lunatic. His opinion is that the mere mention of gun control laws causes many gun owners to cringe and jump to the worst of conclusions. Over and over in this post you've seen people state things that are completely unsupported by any factual information (citing blogs and extremely unreliable sources). They're claiming it's going to be a law (it wouldn't be a law). They're even pointing out that any time gun control issues are brought to the forefront ammo and firearm sales increase - ALL of these things support his idea.

Obama could ask that background checks become more extensive or propose that we close the gun show loophole and people would be saying "he's trying to take our guns". It happens all the time.

Actually I don't say that at all.. I say he is trying to dictate by decree.....I disagree with your premise on background checks and the loophole is a fantasy. We already have background checks.

You can't dream this tripe up, folks... it take a real Red Herring Maestro like Herring Bone to pull something like this off!!
Way to completely miss the point in your self aggrandizing parade you just threw.
