Sen. Rand Paul Introduces 'Life' Bill to Give Unborn Children Constitutional Rights | MRCTV

Rand Paul is right. Science has proven this but I am not sure if this will be accepted by science deniers.

Men need to get out of women's bodies. Especially old right wing religious zealots.

Science proves a fetus should have 14th amendment rights? What experiment(s) could be designed to prove this?

IMHO - the right of a person to control their own body supersedes any right of the fetus and the male that impregnated her.

Anti abortion and fertility laws are more about men forcing female dependency through pregnancy than anything to do with the fetus. These laws are about male control of women that anything else.

And? It has no chance of becoming law. So why waste valuable time manufacturing a bill that won't ever see the light away.

Lots of "concern" shown by Republicans for the unborn, not so much for children after leaving the womb.

That's a good point. You don't get to wear the mantle of "libertarian" and then introduce bills like this.

If the unborn have Constitutional rights wouldn't that make ultrasounds illegal searches?
