Supreme Court Blocks Restrictions On Texas Abortion Clinics

Just until the fall for now, but it's fairly good news and a good sign that they will reverse them.

It looks like all that stuff the Religious right was going “take Back “wasn’t even theirs to begin with. What looks like an embarrassment of riches for the moderates and liberals, IMO isn’t really so because most of the rulings were no brainers.

Now politicians on the far right will have to come clean and let on that they are no more powerful than the constitution allows them to be. I think it was a rural Missouri politician whose reelection promise was that he voted for the farm bill and to repeal Obamacare. That’s tantamount to saying I did nothing.

If it is a violation of their religious freedom to perform abortions, sell birth control, and give marriage licenses to same sex couples, why is it not a violation of their religious freedom to sell guns to murderers and armed robbers? It would be real easy to find out who they are before you sold them a gun. Maybe those two of the Ten Commandments are negotiable.

They can just add it to the pile of hate mail they'll get over the ACA and gay marriage rulings. And by pile, I actually mean file--as in circular.

From fat middle aged religious extremist men, who need to go inside their churchs and pray for their own sins.

The supreme court will hear arguments on Wednesday for the Texas abortion laws that were put in place to protect women's health.

"Two provisions of the 2013 law are before the court, which will hear arguments in the case on Wednesday. One requires doctors to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the abortion clinic. The other requires all abortion facilities to meet the specifications of ambulatory surgical centers, which have more staff and equipment, and are more expensive to manage."

Maybe too wide of a requirement but RvW does allow for these sorts of regulations at least in certain instances.

No one is forcing anyone to have an abortion. We are just protecting the ability for women that decide to have one to get one without undue problems or delay.

The RW Religious folk claim it is murder but that is just eyewash as these same folks advocate murdering men, women and children by the tens of thousands in other countries to protect our petroleum investors.

The abortion issue is not about the abortions but about the male control of women. Some men cannot abide a woman being able to reject their control by aborting the man's unborn. Too bad. If these men were worthy of being a father the women would have their kids.
