the page above is pure propaganda. North Korea is 100 times safer than America.
The South Korea tourist woman who were shot crossed the line that North Korea said not to cross, walked into a military zone, and ran away when warned to be stopped by the guard. Compared to this one incident, there are probably much more than couple of hundreds of Korean immigrants here in America who were shot to death either by police or thieves.
People should know both North Korean and Chinese freely crosses the border between China and North Korea. Its unlike the border of US and Mexico where there are guards with guns who are ready to shoot you if you cross border.
That guy who were sentenced to 15 years of labor confessed he was offered $200,000 if he bring that poster. $200,000 is lots of money. Who in the world would can offer $200,000 for a poster.?
Thats why North Korea feels much more serious about his rather little crime.
In addition, North Koreans probably would not understand that college students do this kind of things. North Korean college students are more serious and adult like. I hope that guy is released for his college mischief but I wonder still who would offer that kind of money for a poster. no. that guy was not forced to confess made up stories. You cant do that with all the reporters from different countries watching it.
You are easily subjugated by propaganda.
