You're 100% right, but it goes both ways. Transsexualism is now a hot button topic for many liberals and conservatives. It's pathetic.

Why don't you double-check that:

"Meanwhile, male-to-female transgender athletes will need to demonstrate that their testosterone level has been below a certain cutoff point for at least one year before their first competition."

Also:

“This is a scientific consensus paper, not a rule or regulation,” he said. “It is the advice of the medical and scientific commission and what we consider the best advice.”

So, Ill stick with what I said. A male can't declare himself as identifying as a female and compete against women.

Just look at the response of those old enough to have kids... 77% of the age 30+ population doesn't want transgenders to be able to "choose" which facilities (men's/boys' or women's/girls') to use.

There's NO way 77% of the age 30+ population is Republican.

This almost seems to be a backhanded blow by Obama to Hillary's campaign.
The progs really believe they have WON. They believe they can get their people in line and they believe that by bulling and beating people up, that we will just shut up and take it.

I read yesterday an article by a Harvard Professor that likened those that don't agree with the Prog social agenda to Nazis. His point is "We won deal with it".

Are bathrooms engineered for sexual identity or physical attributes?

lets be clear about how this started.

PROGS started passing laws letting MEN into womens restrooms and claimed it was to be inclusive to Transgendered people.

PROGS DID THAT.

NO republican woke up one morning and decided there was a massive issue with Transgenders using the wrong restroom.

In Houston TX the PROGS put it up for vote, then subpoenaed THE SERMONS OF PASTORS TO INTIMIDATE THEM INTO NOT TAKING A STAND AGAINST THE POLICY.

Not that I am aware of. One can simply decide whether or not they are transgender any time they want.

Locker rooms and showers are in many cases. Showers, in particular, tend to be communal types in institutionalized settings such as schools. Per this decree from Obama, minors can now be potentially exposed to the opposite sex's genitalia involuntarily. I do not see how this does not violate indecency laws nor the privacy of those minors. After all, this policy covers students who identify as the opposite sex but have not had surgery to change his or her's sex organs.

So you favor minor children being exposed to the opposite sex's genitalia? Interesting.
