What is the supposed benefit of this to the security of the United States? Oh that's right, there is none. The US military has been reduced to nothing more than an embarrassing social experiment now.

So you are thinking that transgenders will now flock to join the military?

How long before a stint in the military gets a soldier a gender reassignment surgery on the taxpayer dime?

I was under the impression that the military didn't accept those with mental illnesses. A grown man who dresses up like a woman and intentionally raises his voice in an attempt to convince others that he is a woman, and generally pretends to be a female, despite the obvious fact that he's not, seems like it should be grounds for refusal to allow enlistment to me.

I wonder what would happen if I walked into my local recruiters office dressed as a wizard and vehemently claiming that I was a real wizard? I mean, what if I genuinely felt like a wizard, like I should have been born a wizard? Would I get in?
