Without a doubt that is a firearm.

The gun that the other people say was his that is under the car is not the same gun in the photo either. Not even close. ANd it is not the XD he supposedly owned either.
I haven't seen anything that proves it false. Link to your proof.

There is NO WAY that you can tell if that is the same gun. Don't even try it bro.

Yes you can, The gun under the car is a G19 most probably. The gun is all angles. The gun in the photo of the robery has a rounded slide.
Its obviously an older probably before 1980 all metal .380 of some sort. It IS the type of gun that he should have been found with. Not the G19. One thing about glocks. You can always see those white dots on the sights no matter what the angle if you are looking at them from the back. That gun dosent seem to have any sights at all.

I live in Wyoming. The typical car probably has a pistol under the seat, One in a holster on the driver, an AR laying on the back seat or an SBR or AR pistol in the front. Loaded and ready to go. A Shotgun in the trunk. Perhaps even a Full Auto Tommy Gun. Perhaps even a pistol on the dash.

Its become chaos is the streets. Cops shot every day, shootouts at wall mart, Freeway shootings, It horrible.
Well at least that is the nightmare of the Left and stupid. In reality only 2 cops have been killed by guns since 1980. One was his own gun and the guy was already his prisoner and the other was a guy with a Full auto AR. And both of those were back in the 1980's. Neither was from a stopped motorist.

We have lots of criminals, Lots of Meth, Lots of street thugs coming from other states driving thru and getting caught yet no cops get shot and no motorists get shot. It would be very easy if someone wanted to shoot a cop. They are generally alone, Help is far away. But it never happens.

Most cops here are hired from out of state. Many dont make it because of their prior indoctrination on guns. You can always tell a new cop. They pull you over, cant get their eyes off the gun on the dash and are generally in a cold sweat. After a while they regain their common sense and become good cops or they quit and leave.
The ones that have been around a while or are from there would either ignore the gun, or make some comment like. "You like that G34? Ive been thinking of getting one myself"
In California, if you live in a really rural area, it's pretty easy to get a CCW. In the cities on the ocean, you can forget about it. Of course, LA is crawling with cops. They had a "man with a gun" call across the street from me. He didn't get 50 feet before at least 10 police cars were there. He tried to hide behind a little wall but all the local residents were pointing at him. A little blonde female cop hopped the wall and tackled him. LOL By the time they took him away, we counted the police cars and there were 25. You really don't need a CCW here.

No one argues that he didn't have a gun. The argument is the black guy got blown away simply because he had a gun. He had done absolutely nothing wrong outside of the idea of some, driving while black.

The officer in the video clearly said :

Ma’am, keep your hands where they are, I told him not to reach for it! I told him to get his hands up.
Regardless of what anyone says now, it is obviously what he is going to say, and did say from the moment of the incident.

Nobody knows that. All we have is what she said, she could belying which I bet she is. Wait for the actual dashcam or body cam video to come out. I also just read an article that she was in possession of cigarettes with the tax stamp on them from the store that was robbed. That store had Newports stolen with those tax stamps. Also, he had his gun on his thigh and I bet he was reaching for it. If true, it looks like these two WERE the thieves.

Minnesota police have told GotNews.com that the authorities linked Lavish Reynolds’s cigarettes to the scene of an armed robbery where the cigarettes were stolen.
GotNews.com’s police sources have confirmed that investigators have linked the cigarette tax stamps from a July 2nd robbery to the vehicle driven by Philando Castile and Lavish Reynolds.
Reynolds, who has since gone on a media tour, may have even been an accomplice.

Even his ccw instructor and curriculum should and will be reviewed
Doesn't sound like the sheriff did anything wrong at all. Minnesota is a "shall issue" state, which means that anyone who meets certain standards is automatically issued a permit after the investigation verifies their qualifications. Castile met the criteria, so he was issued a permit. If there's some reason he shouldn't have had a permit, then the state's entire CCW law needs to be reviewed.
