The cop killed one of the good guys. Sure, the city might admit guilt before this ever goes to a grand jury. I wouldn't be surprised by that at all.

Maybe they continued to pull him over because they recognized him and knew his license was revoked.

Let's see, cop yells "f**k!" at the top of his lungs around 10 times -- even after the other police get there. (Probably at least once when he realized that Castile didn't have a gun.)

Why didn't this cop do a felony stop if he was worried about this guy being an armed criminal? He broke with protocol.
