Uhhh, the Wall Street Journal that broke the story mentioned that it was from frozen assets decades ago. The issue is the timing. Was the release of frozen assets related to Iran having US hostages? Obama says no, it was just the right time to resolve that decades old issue and had nothing to do with US hostages held in Iran. Some accept the coincidence explanation, others raise their eyebrows.

The rest of the globe and anyone with common sense knows obama is lying. He has a demonstrated a pattern of lying. So what's new?


The perception is reality to liberals and the perception is obama is lying, no one in the world thinks this wasn't a payment for hostages. Talk about comportment and acting presidential, Obama comes off as a spoiled brat with cookie crumbs on his face while denying vehemently he didn't steal all the choclate chip cookies.
