I can't people are scarred of Zika. It's been around for decades and has never caused any problems besides some flu like symptoms. So now the propaganda machine is running telling everyone this is causing Microcephaly. So Zika has never been link to Microcephaly but now all of a sudden. So did the virus mutate
yes. all viruses mutate.

why is it that the posters most likely to scream about 'doing your own research' have done so little of their own?

Well if all this spraying kills off the bees we got food problems. I believe China has killed off bees and they have to cross pollinate with manual labor .
Article about cross pollination by hand.
Anyway, this is probably Mother Nature trying to get rid of the excess numbers of human beings on the planet. So in the meantime, wherever there is the presence of the Zika virus, the women there need to stop having babies until a cure comes.
ROFL
OH man I wish I could meet people like this in public.
No doubt the conservatives will now portray Obama as hitler for sidestepping the Do-Nothing GOP Congress on this one.
It helps if you know the entire story and can understand, not all bills that appear to be for the best really are? The GOP tried their version, it didn't play for the Dems. did you know that part of the story or how some bills have pork attached to them or hidden words that make a bill not what it appears to be.
No one, on either side is opposed to ending the Zika threat here, there just has to a workable bill. The cost has to be studied and a less expensive way found. Plain DDT would be the answer but of course it has been banned for many years. How do you feel about using it or some other pesticide?
Who decided that we needed to spend $81 million on the Zika problem? How will the money be spent? That's a lot of money. And many times, more money spent quickly doesn't mean a faster successful end result.
It's like the high cost of an ER visit. Those doctors and nurses are already working the shift. Then how much is the patient being charged for bandages and other supplies?
As a conservative, I'd want details and an accurate breakdown of the costs before just writing a check for $81 million towards Zika research. And countries like Brazil where the problem is much bigger should also be tapped for funding a cure,
Why should America be stuck with the entire bill for solving the Zika virus? It's not America's job to solve all of the planet's problems. And we also can't afford to.
e z money... you ask where will it go??
