They overreacted to Ebola but it was a threat, ZIka is already here infecting our residents and as already stated these children will have an impact on our health care system and the parents for a lifetime. It's not contrived and Brazil and Puerto Rico are certainly proof of the problems.

What happened? The quarantining helped to contain the Ebola outbreak.

What happened to the leftover funds they had to fight Ebola? Why aren't they using those funds?
