So POTUS yesterday was trying to undermine the Federal court system. Claiming it is the laughing stock of the world.

While it convicts the last bomber caught last year and the Gitmo system is having issues trying to get a chief of terror convicted and it's head Judge is locking up a prosecutor. The Terror chief has only been in Gitmo for 10 years or so.

POTUS lies again.

Clearly, Trump calling the federal judicial system the laughingstock of the world is a lie.

It was such a huge lie that Sarah Huckabee-Sanders stood at the WH podium and denied he had said it.

As Chris Wallace so aptly put it, "Boy, this is weird."

Holding up the Guantanamo legal system as superior to the federal judicial system is such a bizarre lie.

Brig. Gen. John Baker, the chief defense counsel at the military court in Guantanamo, was found guilty of contempt for disobeying orders by Air Force Col. Vance Spath, the military judge in this case, fined $1,000, and sentenced to 21 days confinement.

The case involves prosecuting Abd al Rahim al Nashiri, accused of attacking the USS Cole in Yemen in 2000. Nashiri has been in U.S. custody for 15 years. He was arraigned in 2011. Finally getting to the pre-trial hearings, and the three civilian attorneys quit.

Brigadier General Baker excused the attorneys over an issue regarding attorney-client privilege.

"The lawyers resigned last month over a covert breach of attorney-client privilege involving something so secretive at the terror prison that the public cannot know."

Judge Spath ordered the three lawyers — Rick Kammen, Rosa Eliades and Mary Spears — to get back to Gitmo to litigate the death-penalty case against Nashiri.

"Kammen, a veteran capital defense attorney who had represented Nashiri for a decade, said Spath’s order to travel was an “illegal” effort to have three U.S. citizens “provide unethical legal services to keep the façade of justice that the military commissions is running.”

As an added bonus to this clusterduck, while in custody, Nashiri was "waterboarded, kept in a coffin-sized box and subjected to other cruel treatment detailed in the Senate’s “Torture Report.”

Difficult to imagine even Trump thinks this judicial approach is superior to the federal judicial system.

Just another lie in Trump's 4-a-day lies.

Trump will never get over that he lost the popular vote. Poor babeeeeeeeeeee.

Will he ever grow up and act like a normal person and take his job seriously?

POTUS today declared that Broadcom is returning to the US because of tax cuts. Well that's a lie. They wish to purchase another American corp. and are looking to avoid federal scrutiny of the purchase. No matter what they will be incorporating in Delaware. It means a lot but a foreign Corp is looking to slide past regulations to purchase a competitor.

There is a mythical bird that when in danger will fly faster and faster in ever tightening circles until it flies up its own ass and disappears. It makes a foo-foo noise at ever higher frequency until it disappears out of space time with a pop.

If you listen carefully you can hear a rapidly increasing Foo-foo-foo noise from the White House and shortly Air Force One.

POTUS has lost another nominee as the Russia issue comes closer to Administration.

The AG could be next as the POTUS was in the meeting when Russia contacts were mentioned. POTUS will be looking for a distraction as more people drop out to stay away from his administration.

Article III courts have convicted 600 terrorists. Gitmo has convicted 3.

It's clear which system works better.

Sessions has got to go, but obviously that creates the very real possibility of Trump appointing someone who will fire Mueller.
