So when California secedes in a few years, maybe they'll crown Obama king!!

In all seriousness, good for them. It's a lovely state. Curious to know why he's ditching Illinois though.

Now he can accept some of the blame for the drought. I'm sure his desert lawn will be nice and green.

Why does it have the largest economy in the country? That implies Communism is quite profitable.

If Obama wanted to learn Spanish, he should consider a move to Caracas, Venezuela. Also, I heard this morning there's another lucrative position opening up in Havana, Cuba. However, I'm not sure if they have enough Muslims living there to suit him, might be a deal breaker for him.

Looking at how Obama got his start, and how he used Chicago as a stepping stone to the presidency, and also thinking about the role Iowa played in the '08 caucuses in getting him the nomination. At least we got something out of Obama, Illinois got nothing. We got rid of our liberal governor, Tom Vilsac, who became sec of ag for Obama, thus allowing the return of our beloved republican governor, Terry E Branstad, whom now holds the record as longest serving governor in American history, 22 years of service. We also got our wind energy program launched from Obama, and we now have close to 50% of our electrical power generated from wind.

Concerning the farm economy, it did pretty well during the recession, and Iowa did not suffer nearly as much as states like IL, MI, WI, CA. I also like how he came back here for his last campaign stop back in 2012, on the eve of the election, to campaign with a tear in his eye, and thank us for giving him the opportunity to serve as our president. He sucked up to us real good and I think he showed real gratitude for what Iowa did for him. So I hope people can understand, at least Iowa had reasons for reelecting him in '12, but not sure why he did so well in other states.

He should go to Illinois, the Cubs are winning now. Go Cubs !!

Chicago has gotten nothing from Barack, they are worse off than they were back in '08, time for some payback. He needs to get his butt back there and try to shatter some crack pipes. Perhaps he could run for mayor or pick up his senator gig again. Or perhaps run for governor of Illinois, unless he thinks he's too good for that now.
This. The south and west sides of Chicago need help. The entire state of IL needs help. An IL state congressman's grandson was recently shot dead on the south side. SMH

Plus, let's not pretend we don't want president Obama to be our next door neighbor. Property value, everybody? Gee. I will kill to have him as my next door neighbor.
With all the SS agents next door, you would be protected very well (as long as you walked a straight and narrow life). You'd be interviewed continually about how it was to be his neighbor. You'd have no more privacy than he did.
