The answer to "the Russia stuff" is to secure your networks better.
As long as we engage in the same sorts of shenanigans towards other countries - and we do - we will not be taken seriously by Russia, China, Germany, or any other country when an outgoing administration that was recently humiliated at the polls starts whining and crying about this sort of thing as they are packing up to clear out their offices.

An outgoing administration was not humiliated. The outgoing administration, the Obama administration, was not up for re-election and therefore could not lose. The what would have been Clinton administration, even if similar, is distinct from the Obama administration. I know in a world of perfect dichotomies (because that's easier to sell to dumb people), we view things as two ideologically opposed viewpoints, locked in eternal conflict, but that's not really how the world works. Your supporting of this view makes you part of the problem, the problem of America's declining intellectual populace. So thanks for that...
As for what we do, it's not about securing out networks. Yes, us taking action makes us hypocrites. The solution is to stop intervening in world affairs and respect the sovereignty of other nations. If it were up to me, I'd up our involvement in the UN and take a clear stance; countries that engage in cyber attacks are enemies of UN and the US. I'd give Russia a final warning; your hacking of the DNC emails are forgiven but future action will be punished without concern for your wellbeing. And it goes without saying, all US based cyber attacks on allies and non-combative states would be discontinued immediately and all information stored on these nations would be handed back to those respective nations.
If the US is going to act as if it's a moral beacon for the world. It should act like it. This is, in my mind, what we would have to do (or at least something similar.
Mccain and Graham just want that big check by going to war. We're in 20 trillion in debt. Two months ago Putin ordered his people back home.
This war would be the dumbest because they were exposed and George Soros will do anything to bring Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump down.
China has been hacking us for years.

you do realize its the democrats that seem to be beating the war drum with Russia. and its the incoming republican admin that is trying its best to stop that war drum beating?
probably not. its probably more in keeping with your politics to accuse republicans of whatever you can find to see if it will stick.

The DNC was not "hacked" they were morons who fell for a scam. Don't fall for internet scams.
The same scam was tried on the RNC and their email software pruned out the phishing email.

Oh, of course they do!
Haven't you seen the resolution calling for a war and for immediate bombing?
Trying in influence the outcome of elections is something that has always been done by almost every developed nation.
Don't be fooled by thinking this is something new, this has been going on for hundreds of years.
