He'll do great, folks. Over time, you will see dramatic improvement in our nation and we will prosper again as a number one superpower, regaining the respect from other countries that was lost during the last occupant's administration.
It depends on whether or not he does something outlandish enough that voters won't vote him back in. I think most who voted him in are paying close attention to what he is able to accomplish during this next four years after coming off 8 years of a president who many were very unhappy with. If he can't accomplish anything and a better option comes along, he may be out with the bath water.
On the flipside of that..... if some of the leftists continue their temper tantrums even if Trump is a mediocre president he may be voted back in simply because people are sick of those whining liberals and don't want to risk getting one in office. So for that I say continue to protest, act violently, etc.... and do so at your own peril.
I've always been on the fence with him and voted for him simply because I couldn't vote for someone who has done the things Hillary has done. She is a vile person. I threw a hail mary pass to Trump to at least see if he can do any better. If he can't and the liberals stop whining, I won't do it again. If they continue on their current path I'll vote for him 1,000 times over just to make sure they are at least kept at bay.
I dont think trump will run. He'll be four years older and probably ready for more downtime. I think he'll just hand 2020 to Pence and, of course, campaign for him.
Trump isn't going to let issues such as unfavorable job numbers and international conflicts get in his way of being re-elected. He's already proven his mastery of the media, and whomever his opponents are will be on the receiving end of trash talk in such a way that resonates with a sufficient number of Americans in traditionally purple states. Would he truly hesitate to defund the Bureau of Labor Statistics, for example, if they report lower labor force participation and higher unemployment since he was elected?
Democrats have inadequate appeal in the majority of states and districts, and these marches in large urban centers likely will help cement other voters' commitment to the Republican party. Fortunately presidents can only run for two terms and even with his apparently robust health, he'll be 78 at the conclusion of those eight years.
He's outsmarted the Democrats every step of the way. I do not see that changing.
