All good points - I think the issues here are also more "cultural" than "religious" - the USA has a long history of Freedom of Religion. Islam appears to be more than just "religion", it also includes Sharia Law - which is not very compatible with USA Laws and norms.
You appear to be from Quebec - is there a lot of anger toward this Mosque for some reason? We all know that a zealot can go off the rails and do something like the Pig Head - but is this common?
Google searches don't usually include reports in Foreign languages - I have seen a few videos concerning this particular Mosque that have been translated from French to English, but I don't link to blogs.
I've never heard of any specific issues related to this mosque. Although as has been reported in the news, last year someone left a pig's head on their doorstep during Ramadan, with a card that said "bon appétit".
Since 9/11, the majority of terrorist killings in this country have been from White Supremacists. And I'm sure you're aware that the countries where the 9/11 terrorists came from are not on the ban list because Trump has business ventures in them right?

I dont see white supremacists going on rampages through cafes and streets in paris,running people down in Nice with trucks, running through Christmas markets with trucks and certainly not hijacking planes and smashing them into buildings and killing and maiming 10,000 people in NY and Washington .

In case it's not a joke... I'm not even sure how to address the French bit. He lives in Quebec - what else would you speak? Do you think there are no white nationalists in Quebec? Or in France? If so, have you not read anything about European politics in the past decade?
Many white nationalists respect Israel because of the rise of right-wing Israeli policies. They don't want Jews dead, for the most part, they just want us to go away. Israel is convenient that way.
Apparently liberals just don't understand the scope of the problem. Many of us sensible people know there are right wing idiots. Say for example we have 100 X and 100 Y. . It would be nice if everyone got along , but they often don't. All it takes is 5 racists of one and 5 racists of the other to spark conflicts. Soon, after our two groups of idiots go tit for tat , more racists are created until say 20 of both sides are race hating and 50 on each side are showing reactionary racial bias just to stay out of the fray. There are reports that he (Alexandre B, above) liked Trump on his facebook page, was far right and he also debated political things with a school friend and the school friend said that his arguments were pro-Trump.
But Trump supporters told me that when the media takes a long time to release a suspect's photo, that means they must be a minority.
Newsflash: The media still protects white suspects because the media is controlled by white people themselves. This means doing things like blurring out their face(they never blur out a black suspect's face) or simply not having a suspect's mugshot at all.

Not yet. Apparently he "liked" Trump, appeared to be right-wing and a nationalist. We'll see in the coming days whether or not those things had anything to do with this.
