I would like to meet anyone on the forum and have tried to make it happen but those posters declined. Hmmm kinda makes me wonder?

But if there was a gathering of the forum I think I would have a good time since I am not partisan and hate both parties. The only ones I would avoid would be someone who is too drunk, loud and obnoxious.

And especially if No Recess joins. Curious to know what a capitalist/anarchistic world would be like.
I love all you statist bastards. I have to put up with you everyday in my life.

You have to remember being an anarcho-capitalist means I run into another one of my own kind once every 5 million years. There are maybe two other posters on this board who identify with my beliefs. Only one posts semi-regularly (T0103E).

At least you folks are all in the same boat. Even when you split into your little teams of Red and Blue you're still in the camp of 50% of the population...roughly.

Ha! Good call.

Plus we can designate part of the room as a safe space for the liberal members.

I kid. I kid.

I would have a couple drinks with Houston area posters. I think Houston tends to moderate views on race and religion. When you actually mingle with different demographic groups stereotyping is rare.

I've gotten death threats on some forums I post on. I don't need the drama. I wouldn't even meet the people who agree with me.

And no, in person I am just as obnoxious, although with a lot more humor added that I dont generally let out here.

I've met more than a dozen CDers from my local board. None from P&OC. Nor would I want to.

I would meet with those whose opinions I respect and who seem sensible in articulating their position. Or those who make me laugh in good humor (and not in predictable eye-rolling bemusement or earned contemptuousness).

I would like to see if I can pick some of the usual suspect, irregular regulars out of a line up. "Poster number one, please step forward. State your political position in three lines." "Okay, thank you." [Oh, yeah. That one's easy!] "Poster number two, step forward please." .........
