Meanwhile, in Mexico Kelly is saying, “I repeat: There will be no use of military in this,” Mr. Kelly said at a news conference on Thursday, appearing with Rex W. Tillerson, the secretary of state. “At least half of you try to get that right, because it continues to come up in your reporting.”
Wonder why.
Kelly is assuring them there will be no mass deportations while news back home is filled with stories of deportations.
I thought Tillerson did a great job today in Mexico. Seems like a very genuine and likable guy. Trump isn't calling for war with Mexico as much as the liberals want you to believe. But we will begin to control our borders and attempt to balance out trade deficit with them some.

And as Spicer explained, and any idiot should have been able to surmise on their own from the context, Trump meant "military operation" in the sense that it was being done with a high degree of organization and precision, not that actual military personnel were doing it.
