It wasnt with Obama either. The problem with your argument is that Republicans controlled the House for 6 of Obama's 8 years and they never actually passed a infrastructure bill.
Democrats, in their feeble attempt to try and win back middle America, trot out elderly white former KY governor Steve Beshear for the Democrat response. LOL
Iliked the speech except him supporting nonsense like paid family leave. Can someone close to him please tell him to stop with that?
Yes, it will probably be ditched in the budget. Paid vacations, paid family and medical leave so people can say goodbye to a dying parent without losing their job and similar worker's rights are pure evil. We must focus on giving gifts to the military industrial complex instead and catering to Goldman Sachs and big pharma. That will be good for rural America.

That is Ivanka's doing. She is a Dem. That is why Trump makes a good President though .. she is there and she helps to get something for everyone into his policy. Don't knock it. Corporations will concede that one if business is good .. the government isn't going to pay directly for it. If you are a Dem and you want a bit of redistribution from wealthy corporations - this is one of those times you will probably see that happen. Trump will work with them so they absorb it.
