For income tax the US maxes at 39%.

They're going to have to come up with the money to fund universal conscription from somewhere.
Most Swedes do not pay 60%. That would be ridiculous. A draft system is not that expensive in a limited form. It is not like every male and female must serve. It will be limited to only 4,000 each year.

You don't want them to be your neighbors period, "superpower" or not)))

Does not 25% of all Russian men die before they hit 55 due to alcoholism?

And what about the suicide rate?

Russia: 35.1 per 100,000 (2012)
US: 19.4 per 100,000 (2012)
Norway: 13.0 per 100,000 (2012)
But you've said it"sucks to be woman" in Russia, so why are you talking about men in this case?

And the low income...

Average monthly disposable salary > After tax: Countries Compared

Norway: $4,215.43
US: $3,258.85
Russia: $686.16

Seems pretty gloomy to me.
It has been "gloomy" for the last 800 years or so, it's still around though, which irritates the p*ss out out of people like you, but whatcha going to do about it?

Because Russia has the habit of invading countries.

You wrote that is sucks to be a man in Norway. I do no think so, but believe it stinks to be an ordinary man or woman in Russia. The economy is terrible, the life expectancy for men is low, and you live under an authoritarian regime where Putin is god.

Russia should stop bothering its neighbouring countries. Then I would care less about Russia

I'm glad you think that without a stint in the armed services, all women know how to do is polish their nails.

I agree.
Women have the same obligation to serve their country as men do.

Militarily? Of course. Look at a map, ponder Russia's centuries-long yearning for a warm-water port, and ask yourself if perhaps controlling the Baltic has geopolitical value in this regard.
